Worked with hotel operations, marketing and casino loyalty groups to create engaging and memorable digital experiences on all apps and websites. Created user flows and designs for the player rewards app and accompanying websites and implemented those designs in React Native, C#, HTML, CSS and JS.
Work included creating complex user experience flows while taking into account several different tiers of users. This was all focused on guest experience and driving users to profit areas of the websites and apps, such as sign-in, hotel room bookings, gift cards, concert tickets and spa treatments.
Lead the brand design and experiences across sites and digital properties as well as worked with the VP of Technology and Software Engineer Manager on new product features, including digital key, online check-in, improved account registration signup, and free online games.
Also assisted on UI and logic for internal apps for HR, IT and Food and Beverage departments.
